    All EPOS Sennheiser Enterprise headsets come with a 2 year warranty (*SC 600 series comes with 3 years) and while the build of your device is usually of the utmost quality and workmanship, we know that from time to time a failure may occur.

    Please complete this form to arrange a warranty return. The more detail you can provide, the quicker we can arrange a replacement. This process is available to all reseller partners and their end users who purchased goods from Auroz

    We aim to have a warranty claim processed within 36 hours of you submitting this request, subject to stock on hand.
